New Mills Juniors Football Club is a
FA Charter Standard Club.
The FA Charter Standard mark is awarded to a select number of clubs who are able to demonstrate certain quality standards relating to the critical areas of child protection, first aid and coaching qualifications, financial and administrative stability, codes of conduct for all involved in the club and general behaviours and principles in accord with the standards laid down by the governing body.
These standards must be applied on a continuously monitored basis. Great comfort can be taken from this award to all involved with New Mills J.F.C that the welfare of the children is in secure hands for years to come.
New Mills juniors were awarded the Derbyshire Chartered Standard Club of the Year 2006/07 a very proud day for all involved with the club.
New Mills Juniors have been an established junior football club since 1972 and are key figures in providing organized football training and competitive games for locally based boys and girls.
New Mills Juniors are currently working with both New Mills & High Peak Councils to secure and develop Ollersett Playing fields.
